Technology Requirements:

This is an interactive program, so your students will need to be able to see and hear us, and we will need to see and hear them, too. To facilitate this, you will need:

  • Computer or iPad with a stable internet connection - please have your iPad secured in a stand or holder. A wired internet connection is recommended, as Wi-Fi can be slow and spotty.
  • Webcam - you may use your computer's camera if it has one.
  • Large screen TV or projector and screen connected to the computer or iPad. Please do not dim the lights in the room, as we will not be able to see your group.
  • Speakers - external speakers are recommended so that all students in the room can hear clearly.
  • Microphone - you may use your computer's microphone if it has one, but an external microphone is recommended.
  • Platform - FaceTime (iOS) or Gmail/Google Hangouts account

We will set up a technology test session with you between one week to two days before the program to test the connection and so you can test your complete system including sound, microphone, and projection.

*Must be prepaid a minimum of two weeks prior to the scheduled date.
Programs cannot be refunded within two weeks of a scheduled date, but rescheduling is an option.
Requests may take up to two weeks to process, but are typically processed within five business days.
Still pictures are permitted, but video recording is prohibited.
