Admissions & Ticketing
School teachers, staff and bus drivers with a valid school ID receive complimentary general admission when bringing a group.
Parent chaperones will receive the discounted group rate at the door. Simply notify our staff which school or group you are with.
Using Your Membership
• Adult chaperones may use their GSC membership or reciprocal membership for admission if they are not included on the group's reservation.
• Students/children may use their GSC membership or reciprocal membership for general admission only, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who also holds a membership. The adult must remain with the child for the entirety of the visit.
• Students/children may not use their GSC membership or reciprocal membership if the group or field trip is attending a Science Presentation and/or OmniSphere show. In this case the students/children must be included on the confirmation and pay the applicable group admission.
If you need to request a change in your visit date, would like to cancel or add a program, or have an increase or decrease in your group size, please complete the Revision Request Form no later than 2 weeks before your visit date. We do not honor these changes over the phone or by email.
If the number of paying individuals in your group falls below 10, your group reservation will be nullified and each guest in your party will be charged the regular admission rate.
Kindly let us know of any changes to your reservation as soon as possible so those on a waiting list may be added to the schedule.
