Payment Policy

Groups with a reservation will be invoiced after the visit to reflect an accurate number of attendees. Invoices are mailed to the address provided on the visit request form within three business days of your visit. Payment must be consolidated into one transaction.

Summer groups (all groups attending a visit between 6/07/19 - 08/30/19) will be expected to pay for their reservation, in full, at the time of check-in. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and company checks (no personal checks accepted). Payment must be consolidated into one transaction.

Admissions & Ticketing
School teachers, staff and bus drivers with a valid school ID receive complimentary general admission when bringing a school group. Parent chaperones, attending a visit with a school group, will receive the discounted group rate for general admission at the door. All other group types (i.e. church group, summer camp group, ACES, organizations, daycares) will receive one complimentary general admission ticket for every ten tickets purchased.

Using Your Membership
Adult chaperones may use their GSC membership or reciprocal membership for admission if they are not included on the group's reservation.
Students/children may use their GSC membership or reciprocal membership for general admission only, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who also holds a membership. The adult must remain with the child for the entirety of the visit.
Students/children may not use their GSC membership or reciprocal membership if the group or field trip is attending a Science Presentation and/or OmniSphere show. In this case the students/children must be included on the confirmation and pay the applicable group admission.
